The exams are not registed
Once I finish the exam, in the result page there are nothing, the results doesn’t appear. I need my mony back

Just an update on this thread. I’ve been in contact with Gerardo and through a quick screenshare chat, got him up and running!
I have another problem regarding this topic “The exams are not registed” Many users who are taking exams, when they finish, their results are not recorded. We have detected when the response time for a question runs out, instead of taking that answer as incorrect, the results of the entire exam are lost, the confirmation never arrives by email, much less the results appear in the plugin.
