Timer for per question works but for entire quiz timer doesn’t work(After ending time nothing happen. After ending time I can answer questions of the quiz.). (HD QUIZ version 1.8.1). Please give solution.

The error is Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'target' of undefined which is being generated from the file main.min.js. This file is NOT from HD Quiz and is instead from your theme.
It looks like your theme is doing something special to detect when any button is clicked – except it was coded in a way that it doesn’t take into account that click events don’t always come from a user…
In short, your theme is actively preventing HD Quiz from running the function needed to trigger the “finish” button. This means that there is nothing I can do on my end to fix this for you as the issue is not with HD Quiz.
So what can you do? You only have two options. A) Change your theme to something else. B) edit your theme to fix the error with that script it’s running.
Let me know if you want option B and I can do my best to guide you in updating your theme to fix this
