The “Question Featured Image” function in “Extra Question Options” does not work, I cannot add photos from the media library.

Hi Duong, can you show me what the browser console says when you try to add an image? This can be opened in most browsers by pressing F12 or CTRL + SHIFT + I.
Generally speaking, the only reasons this should happen is if
A) The image you are trying to use is not a valid image type (like a PSD or PDF),
B) The image you are trying to use is far too small
C) There is an issue with your site or server, where it is unable to generate thumbnails.
The console messages will help shine some light on what’s going on
