stripe payment method

I want to add stripe payment method before the quiz start after payment user can start quiz.

eCommerce and membership/user access is not something that is, or should be, handled by HD Quiz.
HD Quiz is a quiz plugin – it makes quizzes 🙂
What I’d recommend for you is a user management / membership solution. There are plugins that allow for user registration based on payment. With this, you can restrict pages with any quizzes to only those who are A) Logged into your site, and B) Paid to access that page.
