Quiz not appearing on webpage.
I have copied/pasted the quiz shortcode into my Gutenberg page. When the page is live, the quiz does not show up. My site was hosted on another server and HD Quiz worked perfectly. I moved my site to a new host a month ago and I cannot get HD Quiz to show up on the page at all.

The first thing to know is that HD Quiz is loading and displaying the quiz! So no issues with HD Quiz or its ability to load quizzes – the quiz IS being printed, it’s just not visible.
So what is going on here? Right now, my best guess is that whatever system/method you used to transfer servers didn’t transfer all data over (or at least not correctly). This is especially likely since you are using page caching (LiteSpeed).
What I recommend is to first go to the HD Quiz about/options page and simply press “save”. This will flush out the old settings and ensure that the global settings are accurate. I see that you are also using the Limit Attempts addon, so do the same there.
Once done, clear your page cache in LiteSpeed (On the left side menu of WordPress, hover over the LiteSpeed menu item then click Manage, then Purge All). This will force your cache plugin to rebuild the pages with the correct settings.
