It is an excellent plugin, however, can you make it Right to left text, for the other languages.

Hi Mohammad,this should be controlled by your theme, not HD Quiz.
If for some reason your theme is not using RTL text, then you can try adding the following CSS to your theme.
.hdq_quiz *, .hdq_quiz *:before, .hdq_quiz *:after { direction: rtl; unicode-bidi: embed;}
That should force it for you.
