HI Jeannette,This is an interesting idea, but unfortunately, this is not something that HD Quiz can do out of the box.

However, there might be a compromise. In the “question title” you can use basic HTML. So you could upload the MP3 file to your site, and add a link to it in the question title. Something like this:

Translate the following audio file into English LISTEN

In the above example, the question contains a link called LISTEN to an MP3 file. The user clicks the link to listen to the audio file, and then would select the correct answer. Not as nice as being able to directly embed the file, but it will get the job done!
