is there a way to create an option for the users to make quizzes by themselves and challenge among themselves?

Hi Deva,
there is an option to allow Authors to create and edit quizzes, but for this, they would need to have Author accounts on your site and would be able to also modify each other’s questions/quizzes. If you want any random person to be able to create quizzes, then I’m afraid that this is something that HD Quiz does not and never will do (it would be a security and moderation nightmare!)
