Is it possible to add images in Question Title ?

Hi Raj,
if you mean literally inside the title, then no. This would completely break the heading formatting and break mobile styles.

HOWEVER,
please consider using the Question Featured Image feature (found when editing a question and selecting the “Extra” tab) if all you want is to add a nice image to each question.
