Is HD Quiz only working with WordPress

HD Quiz is a WordPress plugin and is only compatible with WordPress. It would be technically possible to port it over to another CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, Ghost, etc, but it is not possible to have this kind of functionality with static site builders like Hostinger.

I was wondering if it is possible to use HD Quiz with another website builder?
I want to move my website from WordPress to Hostinger Website Builder as it is more convenient for me to us. Is there a way to continue building quizzes and to insert the HTML code to my new site?
