In the first place I am grateful to you fo this work. I have been using it for several years and created thousands of questions using it. Secondly, after the last update, The site will NOT automatically scroll to the position of the results when the test is completed.

Hi bebekce gen tr,Can you send me a link please? It should be an easy fix

I’ve just created a minor update to the plugin. This update will likely not fix the issue, but will allow me to better see how sites are attempting to calculate.

Please deactivate and DELETE HD Quiz, then re install from the WordPress respostory to get this latest version and let me know once done. I’ll then be able to take another look at your site and get you a fix ASAP

Will deleting the plugin also delete the quizzes and questions? There are thousands of them. Is it not risky?

If you want to be extra careful, you can use tools -> export to export questions, or better yet, make a backup of your database just in case.

Overall though, you should be absolutely safe in deleting HD Quiz without losing any of your info. Once you reinstall from the respository, all questions should be back.

I have done as you told. Nothing seems lost fortunately; the problem exists though.

Is it possible to roll back to the older version?

It is possible to roll back, but because of the recent version you added, I think I found where the incompatibility is between your site and the scrolling script.

Can you please edit hdq_script.js located in the hd-quiz/includes/js/ folder.

Near the bottom, on line 264, please change

jQuery("body").animate({ to jQuery('html,body').animate({

This should fix the issue for you.

Perfect! It is incredible that you are able to deal with so many details. Thank you very much indeed. Will I have to make this change after each update?

Glad it worked for you 🙂

I will code in a fallback so that future updates will still work for you without issue – so no further updates will be required on your end.

Thank you. This is so much help. Are you thinking of making “fill in the gaps” quizzes? I searched the WP plugins but could find none except one which destroyed my whole site 🙂
