I would like to get your confirmation that the plugin doesn’t support score-based quizzes where each question’s answer can be assigned a score, and results displayed at the end can be customized based on the overall quiz score (For example, if you scored more than 50 points you see message A, if you score between 40 and 49 points, you see message B.

That is correct. What you are looking for is a quiz maker with a combination of weighted answers and dynamic results.
