I’m not sure I understand your question. You deactivated HD Quiz, and now quizzes are not showing? Did you reactive HD Quiz? Assuming you reactivated HD Quiz, the only recommendations I can provide are the following.

First, make sure that if you have a page cache solution, you clear your site cache. Sometimes your host can also have its own cache solution and you need to log into your host to clear the cache.

Second, if the above does not work, make sure that your quiz data is still there and visible in the backend. HD Quiz does not delete any data on deactivation, but you might have some other plugin that does this automatically.
