I don’t want all the questions on one page

The feature you are looking for is called Paginate.

There are two ways to do this. The first and recommended is to enable Paginate on each question (except the first). This can be done by editing the question and enabling Paginate from the “Extra” tab. This will hide all questions behind a “next” button, creating the effect of multiple pages – but all questions are still on one page.

The second way is to enable WP Pagination from the quiz settings page “Advanced” tab. Enter 1 here, and the quiz will separate into multiple pages, with one question per page.
