Hi!I installed the HD Quiz plugin.I see the below error message when adding each question:
Notice: Undefined index: answers in /home3/factsqui/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hd-quiz/includes/meta.php on line 979
I’m still able to add the question and answers but when I test the quiz I get the below message above the quiz.
Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /home3/factsqui/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hd-quiz/includes/functions.php on line 700

Hi Shania,
my reponse to this will be a little technical here so apologies if none of this makes sense. Please do not hesitate to ask for more info/clarification.

You are only seeing that message because you have debug mode enabled on your WordPress installation (which you should never have enbabled on a live/production website). That notice (notices are not errors! This message will have zero negative effect on how HD Quiz works or performs on your site) means that HD Quiz was unable to determine what the “correct” answers are – likely because you never selected an answer as correct for that question.

If this is not the case and you are seeing the message for brand new questions as well then it’s probably just a “feature” of whatever PHP version you are using. If this is the case, then please let me know what PHP version you are using I can be sure to silence that notice for the next release of HD Quiz

If you are enjoying HD Quiz please leave a review here on the official WordPress.org page. HD Quiz is developed by me, just some dude, and is supported and available for free. It may seem dumb, but truly nothing makes me happier than knowing that people are using and loving HD Quiz and my hard work.
