Hi Shamir,HD Quiz does not have a built in function for this, but it is fairly easy to modify the front end to allow this using jQuery – if this is something you are comfortable with.
Please take a look at this old support request here: https://wordpress.org/suppo…. It should get you on the correct path and show you the general idea. just note that the HTML is formatted differently now then it was back then, but the general idea remains the same.
