Where can I change the phrase and the color of “visit our sponsor” in the result page?
Is it possible to delete the result count (eg. 1/3)?

I can’t say for the sponsor text – that text is not coming from HD Quiz…
but you can add the following CSS to your theme to remove score text
.hdq_result {display: none !important}
