HD Quiz

Hi Florian,there is no built in “no scroll” option; the “show results above quiz” is just for positioning. Enabled, results are above the quiz, disabled, results are below the quiz. In either case the site needs to scroll to the results so that the user knows where they are.

So first of all, looking at the way I presented the option, I 100% see how this could be construed to mean that it will stop scrolling, so I will rewrite this in the next version to make its function more clear.

Second, there is a way to disable scrolling altogether, but I will require editing a line of code in the plugin. If you are OK with that please let me know and I can tell you what file to edit and what line to change.

Hi Florian,sorry for the delay!

edit includes/js/hdq_script.js and in line 256, you will see the function that scrolls to the results. You’;; want to delete everthing from line 257 – 272. Just please note that this will need to be done each time you update HD Quiz – but the next version might have a fix for the scrolling issue some people have.
