Hi there,

I’m very new to HD Quiz, so I was just wondering – can I keep tabs on how many users answered a question correctly or incorrectly? It’d be really useful if I could access these sorts of player statistics, but I also completely understand if HD Quiz doesn’t record them.

Thanks so much in advance!

Hi Sarah,
there are two addons that save results (both can be found under the HD Quiz menu -> Addons).

Save Results Light, and Save Results Pro.

The light version is 100% FREE and will track when a quiz is completed and show you what the final scores were. Useful for tracking how many quizzes are being completed, and how difficult users are finding them.

The Pro version is paid, but far more powerful. One of the big differences is that it not only saves the final score of a quiz, but also the results for each question. Just note that even with the pro version, there are not individual question “statistics”. As in, you cannot look at a single question and see what the average success rate is for that question. But you can always look at each individual quiz result and see each question, or export all the results as a CSV and use that to get a general idea of the success rate of each question.

If you are enjoying HD Quiz please leave a review here on the official WordPress.org page. HD Quiz is developed by me, just some dude, and is supported and available for free. It may seem dumb, but truly nothing makes me happier than knowing that people are using and loving HD Quiz and my hard work.
