Hi, thanks for this great plugin.
I have one small suggestion – a field in settings to specify how many questions to show per page when adding/editing questions.
I really prefer to be able to write bigger number so I can effectively disable the pagination.

I’m not sure I understand your question. Pagination is only enabled if… you enable it.
Please view the quiz settings and make sure that you do not have anything entered into the WP Pagination (under the advanced tab). If you confirm that the setting is blank, then I’m afraid that this means that something on your site (either some function in your theme, or another plugin) is doing something very bad called “query highjacking”. Query highjacking is when some other function on your site overwrites WordPress’ queries to force certain settings such as how many posts display per page. If this is the case for you, then I recommend hunting down the offender by disabling all plugins except HD Quiz to verifu that the issue is fixed, then re-enabling each one by one until you find the culprit.
