HiAh..I think I see the problem. I don’t have admin access. (we have a separate web team that installed it for me) I take it that this is going to be a problem without admin access? I can only do: Exceptions – Edit Media (1), Create Topic (4), Associate Page (1), Edit Page (3), Read Page (1), Assign Resource Type (2), Edit Resource (1), Read Resource (1), Manage Resource Type (13)Oh dear..
I would recommend contacting the web team that installed your site and requesting admin access – you’ll need it to do many things on your site. If you have direct access to your hosting account, you can create a new user using a functions.php update. I can provide more info on this if needed later.
