Hi, I would like to suggest a feature for the HD Quiz plugin. If a wrong/correct answer is selected, it would be great if we can add a description field to give a little background.
Like, What’s the tallest Mountain in the World?
A. Mount Everest
B. Mount Annapurna
C. Mount K2
D. Mount Dhaulagiri
[Mount Everest is the tallest Mountain in the world with a height of 8,848 meters and is located in Nepal.]
Happy to contribute in the future as I have started to use this plugin now for my website for trivia.

Good news; that’s already a feature 😀
When editing a question, select the “Extra” tab to see more advanced options. Here you will see where you can add extra text to each question “Text that appears if the user got the question wrong”. By default, whenever the user gets the question wrong, this text will appear to provide context. If you want this text to always appear even if the user answered correctly, this can be enabled under the settings for the quiz under the “marking” tab “Always Show Incorrect Answer Text”.
