The good news is that these are notices, not errors. So everything will still work as intended.
Are you by chance using PHP 8.1?
I recommend disabling wp_debug (you can edit the wp-config.php file located in your WordPress installation. Set WP_debug to false) . You are only seeing these messages because you have debug mode enabled.
