Thanks for creating such a simple Quiz plugin that covers almost all key features!
I have a very Basic question, as I have recently started using it.
We need better support wrt formatting of Questions. i.e. Question Text-box on ‘Add New Quations’ page takes raw text as input. Also, I am not able to insert any Images in there. As of now, I am managing by adding HTML formatting tags manually in the text box. But, it would be really nice, if there is a way to apply formatting with Tool-bar etc., like WP text box which porovide Visual vs Text views.

question titles are not supposed to really have anything other than text by design, but I added in the ability to add in basic html tags just in case someone really needs to do so.
For images, I recommend using the “question featured image” feature, which can be found by editing a question and going to the “extra” tab. This allows you to add an image above the question title.
If this still doesn’t help you, it would be useful if you can tell me why you want more formatting options for the question titles, what formatting you would like, and why you want to put images there. If I can know a real-world usecase, I can help you get this
