Hi Dylan,
Question regarding the next button.
I have been using a quiz builder called Snax for quite some time and I was able to edit the pagination.php file to add a short line of code provided by Advanced Ads Pro.
This code allowed me to place an Adsense Ad above the next button of my quiz.
If possible, please advise how I would go about placing an ad above the next button.

If you are using WP Pagination then the best place to look is ./hd-quiz/includes/functions.php. Look for a function called hdq_print_next
