Hi, after my visitors made the quiz I want to let them send the answers to me. I’ve tried to insert the contact form (with my e-mail) to the quiz pass text and quiz fail text and tried it with my own e-mailaddress but didn’t work.

I’m not really sure what you are doing here. Are you using a link? Are you using a shortcode? HD Quiz result texts are compatible with shortcodes so there should be no reason that you cannot embed a contact form. If you can reply with a link to a quiz with this contact form I can take a look and see what’s happening. What does “it didn’t work” mean? The form doesn’t display, or the email doesn’t send?
You can also try installing HDForms as I know that HDForms works well.
