hey it will be really helpful if you provide some methods to change the fonts and style for question pattern

I 100% agree.

By default, HD Quiz uses your theme’s default styles for fonts and headings, but these can be easily overridden with CSS.

A “quiz designer” will be included in the next major version of HD Quiz that will allow you to control colours.
