hey i have disabled the feature of not allowing people to change the answers in the Quiz settings but its still not reflecting on the quiz. after i answer a question, i’m still not able to deselect it and select a new answer

sorry for the late reply.
I cannot tell you for sure without seeing a link to one of your quizzes, but this sounds like a cache issue. If you are using a cache plugin, then you probably need to clear your site cache so that it can regenerate using your new quiz settings.
