Hi cbast77,thank you for providing a link.
Your site is supposed to print necessary variables in the footer, but for some reason, on your site, this is not happening.
Purely a guess, but I think there may be some admin cache installed on your site. Have you edited or changed any individual quiz settings? If you have, please provide me with a screenshot so I can take a look at your quiz settings.
If not, then please select HD Quiz from the left sidebar, then Quizzes. Select the quiz you wish to edit and set change any settings you want. Scroll to the bottom and Update. This should refresh your site to force it to use the proper settings. Also, remember to clear your site cache after if you are using any page caching plugins!
