Hello, the plugin is very nice, I have only one problem. Automatic texts on Facebook and Twitter shares are written in English and as follows: Quiz. Can you beat me? I cannot translate it to Turkish because it does not appear in the locotranslate plugin. How can I do that.

That section is hard to translate because it is not a word-for-word translation. So designing and building a way to allow users to translate that is hard. However, the good news is that the next version (~2 – 3 weeks away from release) will have a dedicated way to translate this.
In the meantime, if you need that translated you will need to edit the plugin directly.
If you edit hd-quiz/includes/script.js you will see the Twitter share text on line 674. Assuming you are using the Facebook app ID, then the Facebook share text can be find alllll the way at the bottom of that file on line 917.
