Is it possible to have report/statistics on the quiz ? (in example time to respond to the quiz)

you can take a look at the Save Results Light addon (and the upcoming pro version) to see the types of stuff that can be saved. The pro version will also include an estimated completion time (estimated because it could be off a few seconds depending on how long your site takes to fully load and render the quiz)
