I have been using your HD Quiz – Quizzes over the past couple of months for my website. It is working great. My website gets very little revenue, but I do get some.
I would like to send you a payment for the great plugin you have developed on WP.
I would use Patreon, but that is a month to month plan. It is also being redesigned. I would rather give you a direct payment.
Please let me know the best way for me to send a payment to you. I realize you live in Canada. I am in the USA.

You could always just use Patreon for one month, then cancel or purchase the Styler addon. If not, the easiest method I can think of would be to send a donation at https://paypal.me/harmonicdesign
