I wish I could help more, but that message indicates that there is a fatal error on your site that is stopping HD Quiz from having access. This is not an error with HD Quiz, but is instead caused by an error elsewhere on your site preventing HD Quiz from working.

Places to look

First, look for any security plugins or settings. They might be wrongly blocking connections. Also check your user account settings to make sure your logged in account has the correct permissions.

If all of the above checks out, then the only advice I can give is to do the generic WordPress debug steps.

1. Temporarily switch themes to rule out your theme as the cause
2. Disable all plugins except HD Quiz and see if issue persists. If issue is gone, re-enable each plugin one by one until you find the one with the conflict.
