Hi Anastassia,
a Pro version of the Save Results Light addon is currently in development, and this plugin will allow for two major new features.
The first is that you will be able to add a custom form to the start of a quiz where a user can enter any information you request of them. The second is that the quiz results along with this custom information can be sent to you via email.
I hope to have this addon completed by the end of the month.
