that error only appears if there is an issue with your site.

Every WordPress site has a core file called wp-ajax.php, and it is this file that allows plugins to send and retrieve data.

So the issue you are having could be

A) something is blocking HD Quiz from accessing the wp-ajax file (Check for security plugins)
B) There is something else on your site that is breaking core WordPress functionality.
B) Could be a permissions issue. Are you logged in as an administrator or editor?

I recommend temporarily changing themes, just to see if the issue is caused by OceanWP. If the error still occurs, then disable all plugins except HD Quiz and check again. If it now works, then re-enable each plugin one by one until you find the culprit.

If you still cannot find the problem, then the issue probably lies with your host. Try updating the PHP version to whatever the latest version is. Sometimes when a host updates the PHP versions on their accounts, the proper PHP extensions aren’t activated.
