Hello Dylan. I use your plugin on my website with great satisfaction for 2 years, with the7.3 theme. However, I’m making a new quiz now, a visual one where people must identify someone in a picture. Problem is that the pictures vary a lot in dimensions (some are vertical, other wide etc), and then get cropped equally in all questions. Is there a way to make the questions adapt to the pictures (aka always have the same width, but vary the heighth).I’ve prepared about 200 pictures but now I’m stuck with this 🙁

Hi there! Thank you for using HD Quiz for so song, it sounds like you were one of the first users!

Unfortunately, the images have to be the same width and height or it would break the grid system, but there is a solution.

You’ll need to edit your images to force each image to fit inside a 405x405px container, leaving white space around the images that are more of a “vertical” aspect ratio. (see attached image for quick example). https://uploads.disquscdn.c… https://uploads.disquscdn.c…

Both of these images are the exact same size. The first is what WordPress does when you upload an image that needs to be automatically zoomed in and cropped. The second is what you need it to be. Instead of zoomed in and cropped, it needs to fit inside of the image dimensions.

There are many tools on Linux that can do this for you in bulk, or I think http://www.fotosizer.com/ for Windows can also do this for all of your images.

Good luck and let me know if you need any further help with this.
