correct answer shows number
In this page – https://pyqonline.com/member/current-affairs-240528 when you click on finish button then all questions shows correct answer, in question number-2 correct answer is 2 then why 2 is showing in number..is their any method to remove it..can you help this issue..

you have the number 2 entered in that question’s “Text that appears if the user got the question wrong” section.
Edit the question and select the “Extra” tab to see.
