Hi Kingsley,
this is not something built into HD Quiz. However, as of the next release, any developer will be able to extend HD Quiz to do anything they want, including limiting the quiz to only be accessible to logged in users, limit two only run the quiz once per user, and to store quiz results in any format needed.
