J’ai vu que vous y travailliez, mais aujourd’hui comment faire ?

Please consider taking a look at the Quiz Styler Addon.
HD Quiz 1.8x was coded to be as easy as possible to design with CSS, so if you know CSS or are willing to hire someone, you can design HD Quiz to pretty much look like whatever you want. If not, you can always get the Quiz Styler Addon which is a tool that will allow you to change things yourself.
