Hi Steve,
I just took a look and your ads (well, specifically how you are loading them) are breaking a lot more than just your quizzes. The mobile navigation and comment section, for example, also doesn’t work.

Debugging your site is not something I can do for you, but hopefully the following will point you into the correct direction.

Taking a closer look at your site, I think that the largest issue is where and how you are loading your ads. Websites load assets (images, scripts, styles, etc) from top to bottom. So things that are higher up in the HTML download and run before things lower down.

What I think is happening is that you are loading your ads too soon. On top of that, you have other scripts set to not run until after the ads load as a “trigger”. So normally, your ads fully load, then the rest of your scripts load, but since adblockers stop the ads from loading, the “trigger” to load the other scripts never runs. Hope this makes sense and help point you in the right direction.

I have no experience with Ezoic and don’t know how you added it to your site (manually, plugin, etc), but I recommend looking at a way to load the ad scripts in your footer – the later the better. You can also see if that network has some kind of script blocking option that you can disable so that your other scripts don’t rely on the existence of the ads in order to run.

Thank you for the quick response. I am not technically savvy, but I thought maybe the Ezoic ads were partially causing the problem.

Thanks also for the tip on mobile. I can adjust how many ads show up on mobile pages.

I will continue to use the plug in, however. 🙂
