One such method is using quizzes not only for engagement but also as customer intake forms. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/hd-quiz\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/hd-quiz\/\" target=\"_blank\">HD Quiz<\/a>, a popular FREE WordPress plugin, allows you to create interactive quizzes that can double as effective intake forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article, I will walk you through the process of using HD Quiz for customer intake, helping you streamline your data collection and enhance user engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"meta-summary\" class=\"wp-block-dbp-2001-callout-block\">\n<p>Please note that HD Quiz is a FREE plugin available directly from the WordPress repository, but <a href=\"https:\/\/hdplugins.com\/product\/save-results-pro\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/hdplugins.com\/product\/save-results-pro\/\">Save Results Pro<\/a> is a cheap, but paid addon, created by me, the developer of HD Quiz<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Use A Quiz As An Intake Form<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Install and Activate HD Quiz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step, of course, is to install and activate the HD Quiz plugin on your WordPress website. You can do this by navigating to your WordPress dashboard, clicking on &#8220;Plugins,&#8221; and then selecting &#8220;Add New.&#8221; Search for &#8220;HD Quiz&#8221; and install it. Once installed, activate the plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Create a New Quiz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After activation, you&#8217;ll see a new option in your WordPress dashboard menu called &#8220;HD Quiz.&#8221; Select to begin the journey of creating your very first quiz. Preview the quiz from a user&#8217;s perspective to catch any errors or inconsistencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Publish and Promote<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;re satisfied with your customer intake quiz, publish it on your website.
